Petticoat Rara Tutu Skirt White

This gorgeous mesh petticoat has two layers to give added lift to the skirt of your outfit. There is a deep band of ruffled mesh around the edge of each layer and the waist is fully elasticated so will be really comfortable to wear.

Approximate length is 15 inches from waistband to the bottom hem (The length varies slightly across the petticoat)

PLEASE NOTE: ***** The material of this petticoat is sheer and therefore the single layer on the top half is see-through.  The double layers at the bottom make the petticoat more dense but you can still see through the layers. *****
